Invest in yourself this New Year’s Eve!

Here are some more details regarding the financial pieces-

Retreat pricing is per person and varies according to your choice of accommodation:

Shared Eco Accommodation — $1,738
Shared Cabin — $1,984
Private Eco Accommodation — $2,285
Private Cabin — $2,780

A $500 nonrefundable reservation deposit, plus applicable Costa Rican tax, secures your place. A second $500 payment, plus applicable Costa Rican tax, is due by [DATE]. Both payments are applied toward your total retreat investment.

The remaining balance is due in U.S. dollars in cash upon arrival.

Your retreat investment includes:

Seven nights of accommodations at Finca Mia
Round-trip group transportation between San José International Airport (SJO) or designated nearby hotels and Finca Mia
Three delicious, home-cooked meals each day
All workshops, activities, ceremonies, and retreat experiences

Airfare, travel insurance, and accommodations before or after the retreat are not included.

Guests must be ready for group transportation by 10:00 a.m. on December 28. Depending on your flight schedule, you may wish to arrive in San José the day before.

Meet Your Host, Wil Fisher

Wil Fisher is an ICF Master Certified Coach, retreat leader, workshop facilitator, founder of Awakened Hearts, and host of Queerly Beloved, a podcast exploring queer identity, spirituality, healing, and self-expression.

A former Director of Easton Mountain, an LGBTQ retreat center in upstate New York, Wil has years of experience creating transformational spaces centered on connection, authenticity, healing, and personal growth. He also holds a master’s degree in Applied Theatre from CUNY and brings creativity, play, and experiential learning into the spaces he facilitates.

Through his coaching practice, Willfully Living, Wil supports GBTQ men in releasing limiting beliefs, building confidence, and creating lives rooted in authenticity, freedom, and fulfillment.

Wil created Awakened Hearts from a deep belief that GBTQ men deserve spaces where they can lower their guards, feel fully seen, form meaningful bonds, and remember how alive they are. At this retreat, he brings together his gifts as a coach, facilitator, and community builder to create an experience that is joyful, intentional, heart-opening, and deeply supportive. 💗

Meet Terra, Supporting Facilitator

Terra is a genderqueer facilitator, teacher, and ritualist with more than a decade of training in shamanism, sacred sexuality, conscious kink, embodiment, nonviolent communication, and spiritual and emotional processing.

They have worked with ceremonial cacao for eight years, studied with the International School of Temple Arts since 2016, and explored Mayan cosmology with Tz’utujil elder Francisco Puac. Their path also includes yoga teacher training, Reiki mastery, devotional song, shamanic voice work, and leading sacred-site journeys throughout Europe and the Americas.

Terra brings a grounded, curious, and pleasure-positive approach to transformation. Their work supports people in reconnecting with their inner knowing, honoring their desires, strengthening their boundaries, and accessing the power of their joy.

At Awakened Hearts, Terra will help hold the retreat container and facilitate select rituals, practices, and experiences alongside Wil.
