Meet Your Host, Wil Fisher

Wil Fisher is a life coach, retreat leader, podcast host, and workshop facilitator devoted to helping GBTQ men experience deeper connection, greater authenticity, and more fully alive ways of being.

With years of experience creating transformational spaces for queer people, Wil brings a rare blend of heart, depth, playfulness, and skill to his work. He is the founder and host of Awakened Hearts, a retreat experience designed specifically for GBTQ men who are ready to heal, grow, build meaningful relationships, and reconnect with their truest selves.

Wil is the former Director of Easton Mountain, a retreat center in upstate New York serving the LGBTQ community, where he led and developed programs centered on connection, healing, and personal transformation. His background in community building, facilitation, and queer-centered personal growth has made him a trusted guide for those seeking both profound inner work and genuine belonging.

As the host of the podcast Queerly Beloved, Wil explores the intersection of queer identity, spirituality, healing, and self-expression. Through heartfelt conversations and powerful storytelling, he has built a global community of listeners inspired to live more authentically and connect more deeply with themselves and others.

Wil also holds a master’s degree in Applied Theatre from CUNY and has spent years using experiential practices, workshops, and creative facilitation to help people challenge old narratives, expand their sense of self, and step into new possibilities. He has worked with a wide range of communities, from LGBTQ organizations to incarcerated men, and brings both depth and humanity to every space he leads.

Through his coaching practice, Willfully Living, Wil supports gay, queer, bi, and trans men in releasing limiting beliefs, building confidence, and creating lives rooted in truth, freedom, and fulfillment.

At this retreat, Wil brings together his gifts as a coach, facilitator, community builder, and transformational guide to create an experience that is intentional, heart-opening, and deeply supportive. His passion is helping people feel safe enough to be real, courageous enough to grow, and connected enough to remember they don’t have to do it all alone.
